The skill and attention to detail to ensure all walls made perfect, fixing cracks professionally and finishing touches to woodwork, exceeded expectations. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

I'm very pleased with the work done by John & Junior, nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted.
