Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
