We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Advisor called me up. After a lengthy discussion i asked if i can book for the engineer to come out. She told it would be a £240 call out charge, when i questioned this, she went on to tell me im a “idiot” whos wasting her time. Then put the phone down. Very shocked with this service.

This was the very best experience I've had with workmen. Phoned to say they were on the way. Arrived and started work immediately. Very professional and polite. They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. I'm so happy with Keiran and Billy . They left the place clean and tidy. They were amazing. I am very happy to recommend this company.
