Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. I carry out property maintenance which involve carpentry plumbing and electrics as well as refurbishments all within the latest regulations.
