Phil was excellent at doing our gardening work. His quote beat others. He was prompt and kept us informed of every stage he was doing. Very polite and nice person. The finished job was excellent and everything was left tidy. Definately recommend him and Evans and Co. Property maintenance.

I had a problem with my roof leaking and it wasn’t a straight forward fix, the problem was misdiagnosed by 3 other roofing companies before John came and had a look and correctly told me what the issue was. As far as the company goes I cannot fault it, he was in constant communication with me throughout the whole job, work was started and finished really quickly and the site was left as clean as it was before he started. Also he was very competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.

Andy's work was excellent, he told me the job would take 2-3 days and sure enough he finished in 2 1/2 days. The workmanship is really good, Andy is a cut above the rest, I can't praise his work highly enough, many many thanks. JNJ.

Kevin was on time for the appointment we made with him. He designed our wardrobe to the spec we asked for,the price was within our budget so we proceeded with the job. I have since had a response from Rydec and the lack of response was due to being out of work with an injury. I'm sure they are a great company but unfortunately I have not been able to use them.
