I’m Zack Woods, a self-employed carpenter with 6 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professional carpenters with over 40 years of expertise, learning and refining my skills through a variety of projects. I have completed a variety of projects from crafting small structures like chicken coops to building entire houses. Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken.
