A 1st class job done. James was very reliable and helpful. He took my old carpet and underlay up for me (which i said i would have got up before he came) and also moved my wardrobe without wanting any extra money. He also took it all away. He worked continuously till he finished the job and made sure i was happy with it before he left. As far as i am concerned he did a great job at a great price and went the extra mile. I would recommend this tradesman.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
