Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Hi, I have over a decade of experience with a previous employer and have now decided to become my own boss. Started primarily roofing as a labourer then progressed through to pitched roofing repairs, then full re roofs then onto flat roofing that I mainly specialized in for a number of years. Alongside finishing the whole look with cladding facias soffits and gutters. I'm currently a solo trader with an eye for detail and treat every job as it is being done on my own property, so it'll be me quoting and completing the work.

The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
