UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.

Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street.
