Its fair to say that Rob got us out of a hole as we was left stranded by another carpenter. We was happy with the quote, very quick turn around (next day) and quality of his work. He was proactive and even fix some issues that was not in the original request that he noticed needed doing. Wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again for other projects!

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
