Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away. From start to finish Francis and his team were very impressive they arrived on time each day. they made and erected a new fence exactly as I asked for. they cleaned and took away all the rubbish leaving me with nothing to do except sit back and admire there work well done lads.

Reece was excellent with communication, turning up at the agreed time and date. Although the job was bigger than planned, the price remained the same. Despite the horrendously cold weather, the 3 lads kept going all day. Everything was tidied up on completion, along with the neighbours gardens. Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
