We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Kelvin and his lads did an EXCELLENT job on my flat roof. on satudsay the tenth of this month. Got stuck into the work as soon as they got to my house. Removed all of the old flat roof. The price Kelvin quoted me for was a LOT cheaper than other roofers gave me. So if you want to get a good job done. Give him a ring and he will turn up to measure up and give you a quote there and then. Billy g.

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

ADB carried out a full renovation of my flat including plastering, bathroom and kitchen installation, electrical rewire and remedial building works. They were very competitively priced, reliable and carried out a very professional job. I would highly recommend them.
