Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Very good service and will recommend Dave and use him again, if we should need a plummer in the future.

We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

Contacted Adam Stringer and left a message and he came back to me within 15mins.He came to inspect job . He was very efficient and knowlegable and came back with estimate within 2 days. Returned to do the works at a mutual agreed time and also willing to do 2 other small jobs at the same time . Would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and would definitely use him in the future.
