Qamil He constructed our loft conversion, which we more than happy with. He paid attention to detail and followed the drawings by the architect precisely.He was always willing to discuss any issues and communicate his next plans for the ongoing work. Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Probably the best tradesman I've ever used! HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

However I have a long history of multi-trade work having completed high spec extensions throughout the years, no job is too small. Water leak had caused a large section of the suspended kitchen floor to collapse. Brandon from Nexus was prepared to take on the job while others walked away. Not only did he do an excellent repair job but he managed the expectations of the tenants and liaised with the loss adjuster re. the successful insurance claim.
