George was great. Super responsive. Great comms. Moved fast. Was all solutions. Repaired what he could, and more than originally requested. But did not aggressively upsell me. Candidly advised me to replace one sash window (beyond reasonably repair) at the v top of the house while we have the scaffolding up. All round great service. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
