He did came to fix the window mechanism, but for the one of the windows he didn't had the correct part so he used a shorted and he said he will come to change it in a few days which never happened.

Jake made contact within 2 days. Then in the following week came to inspect the job. Informed him what I wanted, got some pictures of propose external doors selected a door, then not had any contact at all. I can not recommend because nothing has been done.
