Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Avoid… please save yourself time and money and avoid this person. He was brought in to fit a window, and two doors and he’s fitted a window with a massive crack on it, without fitting it around (windows let’s a lot of air and noise in). He replaced once door and left it without handle, so unable to open and close. The other door he ordered and sits in my kitchen, but he did not fit. He took 3,000 and then refused to complete the work. *AVOID*

Zamir is a complete time waster. Took my 50% deposit, then cancelled 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. We rearranged a second visit: he didn't turn up at all that day, nor did he replied to my phone calls, SMSs, WhatsApp messages, or emails. Got an apologetic email from him the next day, and he returned my deposit on my request. However, I lost 2 whole days waiting for him, and will have to wait another few weeks until the job can be done in the new year (by another tradesman, of course).
