I would highly recommend A J Beardmore property care. Mr Beardmore came promptly to give me a quote which I was happy to accept. He fitted my job in to suit me and his work was to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending him at all.

If you want building work done then GN Building Services are brilliant, not just excellent!. Before we said to go ahead he had introduced us to four former clients and showed us the work completed. He and his team are probably the hardest working tradesmen I have ever come across and talk about working to time and budget. I should really keep this review quiet as they are very much in demand and I need some more work doing - but I can not rate them highly enough.

We are very happy with our finished garden. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone stops and compliments us on our garden and says it the best garden they seen and asked for Michaels business card . Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use Les again.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

A fantastic Job at a reasonable price, they were here within an hour of us posting the job today. We had guttering replaced, tiles replaced all in a day and done by 2 very nice men. We highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
