But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
