I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

if you want a honest reliable hardworking man Rich is the man for you i would recommend him to anyone i recently had a complete bathroom fitted tiling pipework wall knocked down complete revamp and it looks amazing his attention to detail is faultless i really cant praise his workmanship enough i actually keep going in the bathroom and just staring at it i cant believe that is my bathroom its just perfect like something out of a showroom Rich was an absolute pleasure to have in my house he went beyond what i expected of him he cleaned up his mess every evening he was a very down to earth guy and very trustworthy to sum Rich and his work up just perfection thankyou so much Rich for all your hard work and my gorgeous bathroom it was worth every penny x Debbie

Prompt response to my advert.Came the next day to quote for the job,which was very reasonable.Accepted the price & twenty four hours later arrived to do the job. Dave is a very good tradesman,with qualities that should get him a lot of work. Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do a good at a fair price. Hope he gets a lot more positive reviews.

Quality of work was excellent (plastered boarded ceiling, skimmed ceiling and tiled floor) and the reliability of the tradesman was excellent, always turned up on time and finished the job within the quoted time of 2 days. Very good value for money.
