So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Russell did an amazing job, great communication, and followed through with getting the job done to an excellent standard in a fraction of the time other tradesman had promised. And for less money! He ended up doing the whole of the garden and decking outside my orangery in a week (as he had promised and delivered). Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
