I made an appointment with him - which he could not make in the end . This was then rescheduled to the next day . He did not turn up . I left messages and made multiple calls . From 9 am till 12 noon ( the appt was at 12 noon . ) so I can suggest to everyone that he is not reliable / Proffesional .

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.
