Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! (I had previously been told by a kitchen fitter that it would take 2 men 4 days). I will 100% be using Kes again Thank you

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I had my timber casement windows refurbishment done by GW Windows and Glazing. They replaced all glass, sanded frames, new window furniture (fasteners and stays), putty and 3 coats of paint. I am extremely happy as the windows should last another 10 years before any future maintenance for 1/5th of the price for double glazing. Family run business with over 100 years experience combined between the team. Loved working with them. Extremely happy. Highly recommended for a reasonable quote.
