Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Zamir is a complete time waster. Took my 50% deposit, then cancelled 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. We rearranged a second visit: he didn't turn up at all that day, nor did he replied to my phone calls, SMSs, WhatsApp messages, or emails. Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time.
