Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. The whole experience right from the very beginning was very professional. From quote to completion of the job I couldn’t have been happier with the work done. Our kitchen was transformed into our dream kitchen. Went above and beyond to ensure we was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him Complete any future work. Only giving 5 starts because I can’t give 6!

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

Chris and his crew were wonderful. The 2 men who did the bulk of the work were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves really well. The job was done to a high standard and started and finished on time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!
