Cheap & cheerful.... nice guy very polite cleaned up using our vacumn cleaner, misunderstood the interior doors we wanted. Ended up with cheap doors cheap handles and holes in our pockets. Never mind he's got enough to get married next year, thanks to the wife and I?

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Kris was very reliable, gave great recommendations and completed the job to a great standard. He was good value and was great at keeping me informed as the job progressed. I am very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend Kris to anyone. I will be using him again!

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Jack was fantastic. Brilliant communication regarding what I wanted and a really reasonable rate. Jack turned up when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day. Really friendly guy who I trusted to be leave at my flat to get on with the job. Jack fitted flooring and skirting for me and made sure I was happy with the materials and finishes he picked up. I’d recommend Jack and will be getting him back to do more jobs for me, I’m sure. Thank you, Jack!

From the first contact throughout, Dobson's have been friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. The floor was completed on time and within budget, it looks and feels great! We now have him listed in our contacts for future work.
