They turned up on time, provided advice and guidance, solved problems and did some tricky jobs in my period property to an excellent standard. Thanks for having a look at us on rated people, we are a property maintenance company, that specialise in converting garages and garden buildings into offices, gyms, mancaves, bedrooms and pretty much anything you would like to use your space for. We will manage the entire project with in house electrician, roofer, joiners etc. We also specialise in flat roofing, mainly EPDM rubber roofs and GRP. Aswell as this, we run various maintenance contracts for homes and commercial premises alike. So, whatever your project, we would love to get involved!

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
