He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Lovely man and a reasonable price for such a tricky project. He also left the area clean every night and helped out with smaller jobs around the house. Thanks Seamus!
