We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Our choice was vindicated with Reuben and Chris - nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house. The finished bathroom surpasses our expectations, we are delighted with it and readily recommend Southside Renovations.

Chris was extremely friendly, reliable and hardworking. He completed the job to our satisfaction and was keen to ensure we were happy with his work. He showed up on time and barely stopped all day, despite rain! We are very happy with the work, his pricing was reasonable and we would recommend him highly.

Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

We would absolutely ask Marcus to come and help us out with our garden at any time. It was a complete wreck having had tenants in for a few years. In just a matter of four or five hours it have totally been transformed and we are delighted.
