It all started well, got the work done for the garden only to realise after couple of weeks that corners were cut by using sub-std materials and incomplete finishing - now he has turned ghost on me. Only advice to fellow job seekers is to not make the full payment but give couple of weeks to see if the work done is actually to the required standard and personal satisfaction (especially when it comes to garden work and decking).

Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. We were so impressed we booked him in to do some further work a couple of weeks later, and we are thrilled with the final result. Will definitely use again.

Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.
