Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Work completed and garden tidied. Fair price for the job. Have asked to come back to tidy up the garden further as a separate job but this has had to be rescheduled as he could not attend today and text, and will update review once this has been completed. Many thanks

Came out promptly, exactly when they said they would, quoted a reasonable price and worked hard, which is more than can be said for other companies who I have tried to get to quote for me. Have just done the one job so far, awaiting other stuff to be completed, so far so good!

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

this person is very aggressive contacts you straight away on whatsapp, then makes it clear he hasnt read any of the job details, so god knows what he is like at his job. When you point out his shortcoming he becomes abusive and clearly doesnt like things being pointed out to him. Beward

Adrian, Will and Matty have left today. The job is lovely, really pleased. Adrian came and gave a quote which included the removal of flags and replacement drains and Indian stone flags. Good value for what we had been quoted by others. Good communication between Adrian and ourselves on every aspect. Something that others fail abysmally on. The bricklayer did a great job too of the retaining walls. We would highly recommend Lees Drives to anyone requiring this type of work. Great job.

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
