All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. After arranging a visit at least 3 to 4 times, they never turned up. I kept asking if they were still interested, response was yet another time when they will come. Joe doesn't even pick up calls, I understand sometimes he cannot if he is in the middle of a job, but my calls were not retuned too. Extremely unhappy customer..

Contacted Adam Stringer and left a message and he came back to me within 15mins.He came to inspect job . He was very efficient and knowlegable and came back with estimate within 2 days. Returned to do the works at a mutual agreed time and also willing to do 2 other small jobs at the same time . Would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and would definitely use him in the future.
