I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.
