Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. Never again. The quoted price doubled. Although he does trees every day, Matthew' said my photograph was misleading and this was a much bigger job. He pruned the tree for the price. But wanted nearly twice as much to take the waste away. Or £70 extra to gather and chop into modest sized pieces. I felt so betrayed I just wanted him off the premises. Am now buying a chainsaw to be able to dispense with the waste myself.

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
