My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. The gentleman that came was very friendly, diagnosed the problem in seconds, went to his van, got some lubricant and fixed the lock. He was in the house for about 15 mins. He said he had come from Leicester which I know is about an hour away. Now this is where I'm not sure. He charged me £60 which seems a lot for a 2 minute job. Obviously petrol, it wasn't an emergency. Is that normal price?

They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.

Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have working on our home, They did an excellent job of making the required changes to the chimney which although relatively small needed attention to detail and a lot of care.They did the work exactly as I'd asked and when they said they would. I hope that I can get them to do the extension that I'm planning next year. Highly recommended.
