Good communication. Swift response to the job and pleased with outcome hence 5 star. Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. NO STARS. Not roofers, written quote but roof's a mess, Agreed lead flashing & mortar but only badly applied flash band. Hole in ceiling, plasterer no-show. Phoned Luke, he said he is a gardener and put the phone down on me.

Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.
