Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner.
