We hired Ionut to lay some decking and build two planters and some bench seating as well as landscape the garden and laying a new lawn. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard. I have already recommended Ionut to a friend and hired him for another job (laying slate slabs) which was also done incredibly well.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Enis Evlat is enthusiastic, personable, reliable and unpushy - unlike many of the other companies I asked to quote for my windows. Enis visited promptly in order to measure up and quote. He was thorough in his explanation and demonstration of the products and provided a competitive price and quick fitting timescale. The windows have now been succesfully fitted by his team. When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

Simon did an excellent job on the wardrobes. He removed and replaced double slidding built-in wardrobes from one room into another. Dedicated, honest and polite. Very happy with the work. Saved the contacts and will using their services often.

Would avoid at all costs. Quoted for the job in January, price agreed, due to bad weather we agreed to delay installation until better weather. Date work was due to be completed he was a no show (due to son being ill) and i was informed by text. Contact was made and we both agreed the work would still go ahead and that he would ring to give me a date for the installation. It's now June and i am STILL waiting for the contact. Very poor attitude would never recommend this company.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
