Neil is a great calm guy and when our pocket turned into more than he expected he continued to fit it with no issues. The cost was more than originally agreed however that was no problem as he was onsite longer than anticipated. I will speak to Neil again soon to fit some internal doors, architraves, and skirting. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
