Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. The job took slightly longer than originally planned however all work was completed for quoted price. Great job many thanks

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
Been doing carpentry work for nearly 15years now from fitted wardrobes, alcove units, media walls to kitchens, roofs and staircases. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Have a big passion for wood and and a good eye for attention to detail. Take lots of pride in my finishing touches. Seeing the customer smile and happy makes me smile.
I can't rate Konrad high enough, he did more than I originally asked. He replaced the rotten decking, put some pario slabs down, replaced some fencing, even made a couple of flower boxes. Organised the removal of all the old decking and rubbish. Konrad is a polite and well-mannered young man snd I would highly recommend him.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely.
