Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time. I can't rate Konrad high enough, he did more than I originally asked. He replaced the rotten decking, put some pario slabs down, replaced some fencing, even made a couple of flower boxes. Organised the removal of all the old decking and rubbish. Konrad is a polite and well-mannered young man snd I would highly recommend him.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
