IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. I would recommend Catalin to anybody, he turned up on time to do the job and did an excellent job. He left my premises spotless after finishing the job. He also charges a reasonable rate.

Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!

Richard built a very long wall to wall wardrobe, to fit within our loft area. It was a particularly tricky space and he tackled this without any problem. Very professional and I can not speak highly enough of his work. He is a very amiable person and a pleasure to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard to anyone looking for a skilled tradesman. Also, very competitive rates. I will be using Richard again.

Mike transformed our dark and dingy garage into a fabulous annexe to our home. The job was not easy but nothing seemed to faze him. He was more than willing to go the extra mile and was happy as long as we were too. Highly recommended and a really nice chap.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
