Emy has been utterly brilliant. Completely saved me in a hugely time pressured situation. Turned up first thing on the day after I placed the add. Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.
