I am very happy with the work done. The job was more complicated than I had thought but Rob allowed for that in his estimate. He also redecorated the room afterwards. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, clearing up and restoring the room to its former state.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Mr Oliver was very professional arrived at my house and carried the repairs on my stair case over 2 days. I am very happy with the end result, he has done a very good job.
