George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We are very happy we went with 1Horizon. We wanted to do some of the internal work ourselves and they were the only ones we spoke to who agreed to this. They were happy to work with us on our quote to get what we needed. Aiden and his team were friendly, honest and reliable throughout and the standard of work provided by all trades was excellent. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. The gardeners worked very hard with only breaks for lunch and tea breaks. Very friendly and considerate. The garden is superb and everything we wanted. We were consulted all the way through. We cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
