We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Sergiu was confronted by an unexpected problematic tap replacement. He spent 2 hours longer than planned to solve the problem, which he did succeed in by the end. He worked hard, spending a lot of effort and time tracking down the cause of the problem, without shooting up the fee for the extra time. I recommend him.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works.
