Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. I'm happy to recommend Jonathan.

Johnathan and his team have been amazing from start to finish for our garden project. He was really flexible and even when we decided to add more work to it he managed to requote and work this into the timeframe. We are super impressed with the work and love our finished gardens both front and back. Marcin is a true professional and a rare find. He was the ONLY specialist of 4 we consulted that correctly identified the source of the leaks affecting our Velux windows. Others waffled. His attention to detail and the fabulous quality of his work set him apart. He was, and is, a very decent chap and lovely to work with. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Jack was fantastic. Brilliant communication regarding what I wanted and a really reasonable rate. Jack turned up when he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day. Really friendly guy who I trusted to be leave at my flat to get on with the job. Jack fitted flooring and skirting for me and made sure I was happy with the materials and finishes he picked up. I’d recommend Jack and will be getting him back to do more jobs for me, I’m sure. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Jason was absolutely first class from initial contact to completion of the job. A really genuine guy who worked out the most cost effective way to do the job. A very neat builder and completed the removal of my door and bricking up in the day. Once finished went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason to do a job and I will be using him again. Thanks Stuart

Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!

When he started working on doors and set up his working space outside in the back garden I realized he was not being careful and whilst he was swapping doors to grind them he scratched my Kitchen door. Also when he used his machine to make groove for hinges he damaged another door. Then came the hanging of doors to frames and he bent the hinge on one door, so it was not closing properly. He did two days’ work and said he will return to complete the job few days later but he not returned.
