Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for your carpentry project and will certainly use him again.

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Quality of work was excellent (plastered boarded ceiling, skimmed ceiling and tiled floor) and the reliability of the tradesman was excellent, always turned up on time and finished the job within the quoted time of 2 days. Very good value for money.

This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.

I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. So pleased with my cabinets and bookcases. Excellent quality and the carpenter did exactly what I asked him too. He arrived on time and left my home tidy. James did a fantastic job. He refitted an existing bathroom and created two new ensuites, and also built wardrobes and panelling in our hallway. He is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and his work is of great quality. I fully endorse and recommend him- he turns up as expected every day, communicates well and delivers brilliantly. We are quite happy for anyone to come and see his work .

Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

What a fantastic Team. Have made a wonderful transformation to our bathroom. Eddie has a brilliant eye for detail and his ideas and recommendations certainly enhance the look. Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.
