My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.
Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
