We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. Fix It Fabrications have done a great job for us. Steve and Rob have assembled a great team of tradesmen. The job was done on time and on budget and to a good standard of quality. We decided to completely remodel and refurbish our 3-bedroom semi-detached house. Steve not only fabricated some of the steel beams in his own workshop, he also provided project management throughout, and advised us on the design for the loft room. Most importantly, Steve is a builder I can trust, I would use his company again.
