Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I am a tradesman with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of construction skills. My carpentry skills include boat work, decks, commercial shopfitting, residential refurbishments and custom jobs. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. I can also turn my hand to flooring including tiling, laminates, etc., and I'm happy to quote on general handyman work, garden projects and fencing.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Responded quickly and advised as he always prioritized leaking roofs ahead of other jobs work was completed within a week of hiring. Removed moss from my listed roof by hand as unable to use chemicals and did a good job.
